Alderley edge Mines

We were taken around here by the DCC - the Derbyshire Caving Club.

I'm not good with confined spaces and they were brilliant with me - we had a great day in great company.

See the links section and visit their website - they do regular tours around the old mines and if you want to get even more involved they are always happy to have some extra hands helping to dig out the parts of the mines that are still buried :)
